The rooms with 2 queen beds were tidy and fine, and the restaurant here offered a nice dining experience with a great breakfast buffet; ))

Staff were especially helpful, rooms were updated and equipped with 2 queen beds and bottle water, for example. Its location just a short stroll away from a bucolic park was exceptionally nice and ideal.

I did not have a computer with me, and I was able to use it there. They only have one computer for guests in the common room but I was able to use it most of the times I needed it.
I have no complaints.

Well-kept room with all the basics covered. You've got everything you need here: a safe, a TV with lots of channels, and a key card for easy access. 🔒

Very small room with no view. For a few hours sleep was ok. Location is good.

I could walk to many important historic places and museums.
I was advised by people in the museums to be back early (about 5:00 or 6:00 p.m.) at the hotel because the neighborhood was not so good at night.

The hotel is conveniently located near the historic center, just a short walk from the big yellow monument. It is also very close to a metro stop, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with lots of towels and complimentary bottled water. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing easy directions to popular attractions like the floating gardens and Frieda and Diego's blue house.
There were some negative aspects, such as the lack of well-stocked grocery stores in the vicinity.

This is a great place. 30 feet from the front door is a Metro stop for 2 important lines, blue and olive ... easy to get to all the tourist attractions from here for 3 pesos a direction ... 15 minutes to the Airport with only about a one block walk at the airport end ... 2 bottles free purified water every day ... staff were super helpful and very knowledgeable + easy directions to fun spots like the floating gardens and Frieda and Diego's blue house, free internet was good in lobby, not in the room.
This was a great place, but the breakfast was overpriced and ho hum - coffee shop down the street had great baguettes and better coffee for 1/3 the price.
